Mad About Style

Mad About Style

It's officia, Buffalo is mad ... about style!

the Clean Air Coalition is taking us on a nostalgic trip back to the early 60s, when bespoke suiting, pocket squares, sheath dresses, and structured handbags reigned supreme. It’s a salute to a time when clothing was sophisticated and elegant, and we took our cues from style icons such as Jackie Kennedy. Let me tell you, with the way fashion has derailed into such a casual affair, it really doesn’t get any better than well-dressed men and women, just saying.

Tonight the Clean Air Coalition is hosting “Mad About Health”, a brilliantly themed fundraiser (and name I might add). Just as Don Draper racks his brain about creative ideas in the advertising world, the Clean Air Coalition works around the clock on delivering environmental justice in Western New York. From the gates of Tonawanda Coke to the communities surrounding the Peace Bridge, their work is never done, because everyone deserves to breath clean air.

Join the Clean Air Coalition September 6th from 7-9pm at Main (St)udios. Admission is $12 [at the door] and drinks shaken and stirred by Jim Simon and Erin Heaney (Board Chair and Executive Director, respectively) will be $5 each.
