Party for a Purpose: Buffalo Bash
8 p.m.–midnight, June 2, American Red Cross headquarters, 786 Delaware Ave.
At this one-of-a-kind, military-themed fundraiser, 4,000 people don their best military gear and enjoy food and drink from some of the area’s best restaurants while dancing the night away to live bands and DJs. General admission tickets are $75 each or two for $125. Each ticket includes two free drink tickets and all the food you can eat.

Art and Gardening
10 a.m.–12:30 p.m., June 11, The Saturn Club, 977 Delaware Avenue
This panel discussion has the full title of How Art and Gardening Bring Cultures Together. It is moderated by David Swarts of the Botanical Gardens and includes panelists Sally Cunningham, Julie McIndoo, and Robert Scalise. The panel is followed by a buffet brunch and benefit the Western New York Artists Group.

Buffalo Spree Happy Hour
5:30–7:30 p.m., June 21, at the Twentieth Century Club, 585 Delaware Avenue
