Twenty-third Annual Fabulous Feast
April 14, 6–10 p.m.
at the Atrium @Rich’s, 1 West Ferry Street
Mingle with Shakespearean characters, enjoy music, and witness period-appropriate entertainment at this long-running fundraiser. This year’s entertainment is provided by King Lear and his daughters, stilt walkers, dancers, musicians, and more. The event also includes cocktails, a five-course meal, and live/silent/ticket auctions. Proceeds support free Shakespeare productions in Delaware Park every summer.

at Shea’s, 658 Main Street
A private performance by Hamilton’s Leslie Odom Jr. highlights this popular event. It also includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction in the lobby, a lavish dinner, and a live auction on the Shea’s stage. Leslie Odom Jr. took home the Tony Award for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Aaron Burr, opposite Lin-Manuel Miranda, in the blockbuster Broadway sensation.

Hot off the Press Happy Hour
April 25, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
at The Establishment, 5110 Main Street, Williamsville
Mingle with Spree staff, writers, and the fascinating people featured in the May issue at one of Elmwood’s newest hot spots. Enjoy complimentary snacks, drink specials, a free copy of the new Spree, and our new trivia contest. Food is provided by Giancarlo’s.

Amherst/Colvin Green Space, Delaware Park
Over $9 million has been raised for colorectal cancer prevention and support programs since this event began eight years ago. Run, walk, or honor a loved one through donating.

Black and White Ball
April 28, 5:30–11 p.m.
at Buffalo RiverWorks, 359 Ganson Street
This yearly gala, which includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dancing, auctions, and special raffles, supports the mission and services of Sisters of Charity Hospital. This year, the first two hours of the event include a fantasy casino; games include craps, roulette, blackjack, and more, with prizes (no cash).
