Pro personnel director John Guy, who has presided over the current era of futility, was shown the door on Tuesday. Is Tom Modrak next?Perhaps he ought to be, since Guy's departure is affirmation of the principle that if you don't get results at your job, you get a pink slip. In what world would Modrak not be in the same boat? If you're going to clean house, why wash the floors and vacuum, but stop when it's time to wipe a lifetime of dust off the surfaces?
