With increasing regularity I’ve been noticing men in Buffalo taking the time to groom and don more than just t-shirt and jeans. There is a whole “dandy” culture emerging, and I’m all for it. A dandy is basically a "dude" who takes care of his appearance meticulously and with intention. His grooming and wardrobe are paired with enough self-assurance to rock a stoic ‘stache.
