A Grand Production
Is that a Flashdance? New York’s harried commuters enjoyed a true spectacle during the recent fashion week, when French designer Moncler Grenoble orchestrated a “Fashion Flash Mob”. Known for their performance art, Moncler Grenoble audaciously staged their show in the Grand Concourse of Central Terminal.
Hundreds of tourists and locals joined by a bevy of fashion media witnessed Thriller-like dance moves, and a whole lot of booty shaking. Dancers/models were decked out in full Moncler Grenoble designed ski gear, including yellow mittens, quilted ski ensembles and futuristic wraparound goggles. Yes, please! It was a huge production. Just thinking about getting all the city permits to stage something like this gives me anxiety. Regardless, I love the creativity that was on display. Have fun and bust a move while watching the video below!
