Sarah Danielle Boutique

My favorite thing to see in Buffalo is new boutiques opening up.

Shopping local has always been something I’ve felt passionate about; supporting local business can turn your shopping experience into something more personal that is often lost in big department stores. I feel like every time I go to a department store I go through three phases: excited, then anxiously overwhelmed, finally ending in disappointment. It can be such a sensory overload to have so many things to choose from. It often makes it hard to pick just a couple of pieces and feel certain that you are making the right decision.

Sarah Danielle, a shop that just recently opened in the Ellicott Square building, is one of those boutiques that takes the anxiety out of shopping. With a beautifully curated selection of dresses, blouses, and accessories, it is easy to find a piece (or three) and feel good about your purchase! That’s not to say there isn’t a selection of things to choose from. “We keep our store stocked with the latest styles and trends as well as classic pieces that will never go out of style,” says Sarah Danielle. With a philosophy like that, this is definitely my kind of place. Carrying a lovely selection of handselected product lines, Sarah Danielle is a great fit into the fast growing selection of boutiques to choose from in the city of Buffalo.

So skip the mall for a week and shop local, a sure way to avoid any of that “department store disappointment”. (Did I just coin a new phrase? Feel free to use it, shop local supporters!)
