FeedArtsphere Extends Hours for Holidays
Buffalo’s Amherst Street, between Elmwood and Grant, has experienced positive change over the past few years. The rehabilitation of previously shuttered storefronts has been one of the most obvious signs of growth. Independent galleries have quickly filled the vacancies, taking advantage of reasonable rents, beautiful spaces and a neighborhood happy to have them.
One such gallery, Artsphere, is unique in that it is both a gallery and a studio space.
Just in time for the holidays, Artsphere presents us with the opportunity to not only buy local, but to buy locally made. The current group exhibition features work from over twenty-six WNY-based artists. If you are looking for unique gifts, this may be the perfect solution. Stop in during the gallery’s extended holiday hours, W, Th and F 11am – 7pm; Sa 1am – 6pm; Su Noon – 5pm.
