FeedSpree takes TIFF, next week
Believe it or not, today is September 1. And that means Spree's annual jaunt to the Toronto International Film Festival is almost upon us.
Starting one week from tomorrow—Thursday, September 9—colleague Jared Mobarak and I will be spending four days seeing movies, writing about them, keeping our eyes peeled for famous faces, and, well, seeing more movies. It's always a blast, and generally a fine indicator of what will dominate pop culture for the remainder of the year.
Before we depart, we'll be sharing some previews of this year's TIFF crop, and some highlights from our past visits. And next week, we'll be busily posting here on Spree's website, as well as on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
We're still finalizing our film list, but I can say with some confidence it will include both Jean-Luc Godard and Joaquin Phoenix. Now that's what I call range.
