This week, Buffalo Spree's food editor, Christa Glennie Seychew, took WKBW to one of Tonawanda's newest eateries, Smoke on the Water. Owned and operated by the Richert brothers—well known for their popular Kenmore Avenue restaurant, Torches—Smoke features big, bold barbecue dishes with a twist, something these two chefs are known for.
