Simple-to-make delicious snacks


Shrimp Dip

1 jar of Kraft horseradhish sauce

1  8 oz. can of peppercorn shrimp

1 glub ketsup



Mix ingredients together and serve with corn chips or crackers. Goes great with beer! - recipe by Jean Jablonski


Artichoke Dip

1 can artichoke hearts

1 can mayonnaise

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

4 oz. green chili (sweet or hot)


Chop artichoke hearts and mix together with chili and mayonnaise. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. - recipe by Candy Hulton


Avocado Dip

1 large ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and cubed

1/3 cup sour cream

1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tsp. grated onion

1/4 Tsp. minced garlic

Salt and pepper to tabasco to taste


Puree in blender or food processor. (Serve with pita chips, toasted french bread, or your favorite veggies!)
