BuffaloSpree.com's Recipe of the week: Perfect Pumpkin Cake
Simple-to-make delicious snack
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
(optional) handful of chopped walnuts
Sift together all dry ingredients. Cream sugar, eggs and oil. Add dry ingredients. Beat three minutes on medium speed.
When all ingredients are well blended add pumpkin and mix thoroughly. Bake in greased 9" x 13" cake pan at 325 to 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
