BuffaloSpree.com's Recipe of the week: Southern Pecan Pie

Delicious dessert for the holidays



3 eggs

2/3 cups sugar

1 cup dark corn syrup

1/3 cup melted butter

1 cup pecan halves

1 9" pie shell (unbaked)

Dash of salt



Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, corn syrup and melted butter. add pecans and mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 . minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling come s out clean. Cool and serve with real whipped cream.
