After years of relative obscurity—with a few buffet-type offerings lingering here and there—brunch has come roaring back at restaurants throughout Western New York. Why? Who knows? Who cares? We don’t need a reason to welcome back the opportunity to have cocktails and camaraderie before noon.  Let a thousand brunches bloom.
