It’s low maintenance. And it’s some of the best barbecue in Buffalo. It takes a special person to dive into a pile of barbecue without being self-conscious about having a good appetite or having sauce on his or her face. If you find the idea of your date ordering something called The Salty Hog sexy, if you want to talk books or movies or music while lifting hunks of cornbread as the honey drips between your fingers, or if you think a Polish sausage in Riverside is just about as good as it gets—this is pure heaven on a plate.
