Ceclilia’s Italian specialties include steak, seafood, fresh cut pasta, and classic Italian chicken and veal dishes, along with an extensive wine list and Buffalo’s largest, most original martini list. “Monday Martini Mania” features half price appetizers and two-for-one martinis, while “Dinner for Two Tuesday” features a $20 prix fixe menu; other specials include “Fresh Cut Pasta Night Wednesdays” and live jazz every Thursday from 7 to 10pm. Hours: M–Th, 4:30–10pm; F–Sa, 4:30–11pm; Su, brunch, 11am–3pm, dinner, 4–9pm.
