Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a healing technique that aids the body in releasing stress by creating deep relaxation. You will learn the benefits of Reiki; and how it heals the mind, body, and spirit to promote balance. Self-healing techniques will be taught using meditation and visualization. Wear comfortable clothing, and for those who can lay down, bring a pillow and sleeping bag or blanket to experience this wonderful gift. This is a 2 hour long course.
