Soda Kuczkowski is a Community Sleep Health Educator, Clinical Sleep Health Educator, Diagnostic Sleep Consultant, Integrative Adult Sleep Coach, Maternity, Child & Family Sleep Consultant, and Sleep Health Patient Advocate. She has an extensive background with Sleep and Wellness Centers and is the founder and owner of Start with Sleep, an integrative education resource center and retail boutique that focuses on tailored solutions for both behavioral and medical sleep challenges. Her organization serves to directly educate the public and support the medical community in recognizing sleep as the foundation for optimal health. Soda will be discussing better keys to better sleep and how a good night's rest is important to all of us.
