Hummus is a healthy snack that you can eat every day. It is anti inflammatory, can help lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels and is a good source of protein.
We will explore several variations of the traditional hummus recipe. This hands on class will allow participants to assist in making a Creamy Avocado Hummus, a Buffalo No-Wing Hummus, and no oil Beet Hummus and a Kalamata Olive hummus. Create, taste and take home the recipes for these easy to make hummus dips. We will review ingredients needed, prepare all hummus recipes in class and then dip, dunk and taste the creations. A fun way to learn to make your own and getting to taste the final product. REgistration and prepayment online required. Class fills quickly.
