Come join us on a 6 week journey to help restore and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Vibrant health is not only a choice we have, but our birthright. We will take you down a path to increase your energy, decrease your feelings of stress, transform negative mindset, and assist you in achieving optimal health through natural, holistic approaches.
Some topics of discussion include: Removing harmful foods and negative mindsets, healing foods and meditation techniques to tackle stress triggers, cooking demos, yoga for stress relief and digestive issues, the power of spices, benefits of topical/oral essential oils, and a support network of motivated, uplifting people just like you! Classes will begin on July 19th and will end on August 23rd. They will be held once a week on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 PM at the Tranquil Healing Center in Amherst. Along with in-person classes, you will also receive access to the Path to Serenity & Healing private Facebook group, and a journal to track your thoughts and progress.
