Culture and comedy come to Canalside this summer, with a wide variety of events. The Eclectic Improv Company, known for its monthly performances at Shea’s Smith Theatre, has a “Canalside Comedy” show on July 8. On July 29, Torn Space Theater presents Blanche Dubois in the Ruins, a collaboration with video artist Brian Milbrand and actress Tilke Hill. The Bobby Militello Sextet performs on July 23. Much, much more is planned, all taking place at 7:30 p.m. on Sundays and Mondays all summer long. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience Canalside in a whole new way.
