Cheese Fondue (From Double Dipping Not Allowed, 11/07)

Ingredients
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
6 ounces shredded gruyere cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup beer
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions

In a bowl combine the cheddar, gruyere, and flour; mix to coat the cheese with flour. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring the beer to a simmer. Reduce to medium low. Add the cheese-flour mixture by handfuls, stirring constantly after each addition. Transfer to a fondue pot or double boiler. Serve with diced vegetables, bread, or apple wedges.
