Chocolate Fondue (From Double Dipping Not Allowed, 11/07)

Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ounce brandy
Directions

Bring the cream to a simmer, and then lower to a simmer. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in the brandy. Transfer to fondue pot or double boiler. Serve with diced bread and fruit.
