Fresh Egg Noodles (From A Chicken in Every Pot, 1/9)

2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
Directions

Place the flour in a mound on a worktable and make a well in the center. Place the eggs in the center of the flour, and using a fork beat the eggs to slowly incorporate the flour. Knead the dough for fifteen minutes. Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate and allow to rest for thirty minutes. Roll the dough out on a well floured surface and cut into wide noodles.
