Salsa Cruda (From The Art of Party Planning, 9-10/00)

Ingredients
4-5 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup loosely packed chopped basil
3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions

Mix all of the above ingredients together in a medium bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
