Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (From Olive Oil, 5-6/04)

Number of Servings: makes 4 servings
Ingredients: 3/4 pound spaghetti
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed hot pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Directions:

Cook the spaghetti and drain it. Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet along with the garlic and hot pepper flakes. When the garlic just starts to change color toss in the cooked spaghetti, salt, parsley, and cheese.
