Video: Craft beer in WNY

A Buffalo beer renaissance is well underway. Beer is being made by passionate craft brewers in the Old First Ward, on the West Side, in the heart of downtown, and throughout the northern and southern reaches of Western New York. And if you can’t get to the beer where it’s being made, it will come to you, via the taps of bars and pubs throughout the region.

Our September issue features a very selective update on some of the newer breweries and brewers with a complete list (as of press time) included. We hope readers will be able to say they've tried some of WNY’s best new suds before the year is out. A sample of the kind of stories this feature offers that we think our readers will love can be found below.

The video by Christopher Gallant contains two profiles of brewers in the Western New York region. Resurgence Brewery's Dave Collins and 42 North Brewery's Clay Keel talk about Buffalo's beer renaissance for Buffalo Spree.

Pick up the September issue on stands, or subscribe so you don't miss another.
