Red Disk wallpapers at the Show House

In a second appearance at the Junior League of Buffalo and Buffalo News Designer’s Show House, Red Disk is displaying both historic and contemporary  designs in interesting ways. Downstairs, Michael P. Design’s drawing room features a distinctive black and gold Welcome Home Buffalo by Karen Matchette (shown at right), while upstairs there’s fashion-themed Forever in Vogue by Patricia Roberts. Two historic wallpapers by Charles Burchfield are also featured: Flowers at Night in the kitchen and Rose Bouquet, dramatically suspended above the foyer. Red Disk, founded in 2017, now makes seventeen different artisan wallpapers, designed by seven different artists.

Elizabeth Licata is Editor-in-Chief of Buffalo Spree Magazine.
